Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) has been signed between ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad, and Concrete Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Greater Noida, an Indian company on 19.1.2021. It is a way of establishing relationship& building collaborations with IT Techno Startups so as to enhance the overall performance quotient of ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh, India with Concrete Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The main objective of signing the MOU is to bridge the Industry Academia Gap that exists between Academic Institutions and IT industries.

The MoU is signed under the guidance Of Dr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science.

Objectives behind Signing the Memorandums of Understanding with IT Techno startups:

• To facilitate students in getting internships and certifications in cutting edge Technologies.
• To boast expertise of students and faculty by organizing Guest Lectures and Technical Talks by eminent industries persons.
• To provide a formal basis for initiating interaction between ABES Engineering College, and Concrete Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Through enhancing technical curriculum, upskilling of students, providing internship /PPO & expert consultancy services.

First Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad, and Thunder Game Studio, Bhuj-Kutch an Indian company on 28.12.2020.Thunder Game Studio is a leading game development and designing company in India. This Collaboration establishedthe relationship& builtinteraction with Thunder Game Studio so as to enhance the overall performance quotient of ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh, India with Thunder Game Studio, the main objective of this MOU is to bridge the industry Academia Gap that exists between academic Institutions and IT industries.

The MoU was signed and delivered on behalf of ABES Engineering College by Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kumar Sharma, HoD-CS in the presence of Ms. Laxmi Saraswat, Assistant Professor Department of Computer Science.

The objectives of this Memorandum of Understanding are:

• To promote interaction between ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad, and Thunder Game Studio in mutually beneficial areas.
• To provide a formal basis for initiating interaction between ABES Engineering College, and Thunder Game Studio through enhancing technical curriculum, upskilling of students, and providing expert consultancy services.
