NIRF Ranking

ABESEC stands in the rank band of 201-250 among more than 1000 institutions, including IITs and NITs, which voluntarily participate in the NIRF rankings every year. The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) is a methodology adopted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to rank institutions of higher education in India.

NAAC

Accredited by NAAC in May 2022 Grade A . The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) conducts assessment and accreditation of Higher Educational Institutions (HEI) to derive an understanding of the ‘Quality Status’ of the institution. NAAC evaluates the institutions for its conformance to the standards of quality in terms of its performance related to the educational processes and outcomes, curriculum coverage, teaching-learning processes, faculty, research, infrastructure, learning resources, organization, governance, financial well being and student services.

The College has achieved and maintaining top position in 1st year academic results among all engineering colleges affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, successively from last 5 years.

Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA)

ABESEC is categorized as Band ‘C’ institution (rank between 51-75) in the category of private or self-financed colleges/Institutes in Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Ranking (ARIIA-2020) announced on 18th August, 2020.

Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC)

ABESEC holds 4.5 star rating certificate by Innovation Cell, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India to promote Innovation and Start-up in campus during the IIC calendar year 2019-20.

AICTE Idea Lab (AIL)

The College has received the approval for establishing "AICTE IDEA LAB (AIL)" with a project cost of worth Rs. 1 Crore. It was announced during virtual event by AICTE in presence of Hon’ble Chairman, Prof. A. Sahasrabudhe and Vice Chairman Prof. M. P. Punia, member secretary and other dignitaries.

TIDE 2.0

Institute is selected as G3-Incubation Center under TIDE 2.0 Scheme (Technology Incubator and Development of Entrepreneurs), sponsored by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India. The Govt. of India has sanctioned amount of Rs. 1.70 Cr. for the development of Technology Startups for five years to ABESEC.

START-UPS

The College has a dedicated wing to nurture startups "INurture Incubation Foundation", registered under Section 8 company act 2013. Through this wing 27 Start-ups have been supported, 08 start-ups have been graduated and 08 start-ups are brought in the ideation stage.

The College received AAA+ Rating by "CAREER 360" under the category of affiliated colleges in Delhi/NCR and in Uttar Pradesh, September, 2020

ISO

ABESEC holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, by TUV Rheinland, for providing Quality education services in its B.Tech., M.Tech, MCA and MBA programs. ISO 9001:2015 Certificate was received dated 10.12.2019 with validity period from 10.12.2019 to 09.12.2022.

UBA

The college was awarded ‘Sahabhagita Praman Patra’ by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, for its valuable contribution in Unnat Bharat Abhiyan 2019

CETL

• ABESEC has its own YouTube Channel with more than 13000 subscribers and 14Lac+ views.
• More than 500 video lectures, developed by the ABESEC faculty members, are available on the YouTube channel.
• 27 faculty members of the Institute were awarded the appreciation certificates by the affiliating University (AKTU) for creating e-lectures during COVID-19. The Faculty members were recognized as Faculty Warriors by the honorable Vice Chancellor for creating the content and e-lectures for the B.Tech, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and MBA students of the University.

ORBITS

Delivered more than 10 consultancy projects to companies including Havells India Ltd, Honda, Intex Technologies, LGF Sysmac, KALCO etc with a consultancy funding of more than 25 Lacs.

IPRs

On the part of IPRs, faculty and students of ABESEC have published more than 100 patents, out of which 10 are granted.

Industry Collaborations

Over the years, the College has established a strong Industry-Academia Interface. The College has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with more than 50 Industries for the purpose of providing technical trainings, internships, project guidance, research guidance and industrial consultancy.

Dr. Kalam Entrepreneurship League

The College secured 2nd Position in Dr. Kalam Entrepreneurship League (Sept 2018), launched by the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University with the vision of healthy competition in terms of startup and entrepreneurship and boost Startup and Entrepreneurship culture among Institutions.

ALUMNI

The College has established a lifelong and worldwide community of Alumni with a network of over 11000 Alumni registered under the ABESEC Alumni Association (AAA).
