ADMISSION TO B.TECH - FIRST YEAR

Through Counseling:
85% seats of total approved intake will be filled through Counseling based on the JEE- 2024 Mains Rank as per the eligibility notified by AICTE/AKTU for the session 2024-25. Procedure : For participating in the counseling, the candidates are required to visit official website of the university www.aktu.ac.in regularly for detailed information which will be announced shortly. After the Counseling the candidate will get an Allotment Letter. Thereafter, the candidate is required to visit the allotted college on the dates as mentioned in the Allotment letter for the final reporting along with the required fees and documents. Direct Admission
15% seats will be offered to eligible candidate through direct admissions based on the guidelines of AICTE / AKTU and as per the College policy for the session 2024-25. Procedure : Candidate has to apply online through the college website https://abes.ac.in/courses-offered.php Institute will shortlist the candidate on the basis of their PCM % at 10+2 Level and JEE Main Score / Rank. Thereafter, candidate will be called for test and interview. On the basis of marks scored in the test and Interview, the candidate will be offered seat for the admission.

ADMISSION TO B.TECH – LATERAL ENTRY (SECOND YEAR)

Through Counseling:
Lateral Entry to Second Year under Graduate Degree Course shall be permissible up to a maximum of 10% of the “Approved Intake” which shall be over and above, supernumerary to the “Approved Intake”, plus the unfilled vacancies of the First year. The seats will be filled through counselling based on the entrance exam CUETUG-2024 and eligibility notified by AICTE/AKTU for the session 2024-25. Procedure : For participating in the written exam and counseling, the candidates are required to visit official website of the university www.aktu.ac.in regularly for detailed information which will be announced shortly. After the Counseling the candidate will get an Allotment Letter. Direct Admission
• Seats will be offered to eligible candidate through direct admissions based on the guidelines of AICTE / AKTU and as per the College policy for the session 2024-25.
Financial Assistance for M.Tech students-
The Gate Qualified candidate having valid GATE score shall be eligible to get the financial assistance under PG scholarship scheme given by AICTE/MHRD. The Non-qualified candidate, admitted through direct mode will get financial assistance/stipend of Rs. 7,000 in 1st year and 8,000 for 2nd year as per the college policy and based on selection at college level. Provide financial support to publish original research work in Journal and international conference proceedings of repute.
