The department of Information Technology prepares students’ foundational skills that is required to begin a career in the field of Information Technology. The Department of Information Technology provides technical training that empowers and enables the students to build and translate their ideas into a programme or a software product. From the second year onwards, the department offers a variety of software based training programmes. These strategic trainings aids the students in the recruitment process and enables the students to easily grab their desired job. This also qualifies the student as a marketable asset.
