• Report on key performance indicators and program impact.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research on industry trends and generate insights.
• Manage internal and external communications, including media relations.

• Prepare reports on key performance indicators and program outcomes.

Technical Support:

• Provide IT and technical assistance to incubatees, including software installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all technical equipment and infrastructure used within the incubation center, such as computers, servers, printers, and specialized laboratory tools.
• Develop and maintain the center’s digital infrastructure, including databases, software platforms, and internal systems.
• Assist startups with access to technical resources and help connect them with experts or mentors for specialized technical needs.

Accounting and Financial Management:

• Manage the financial records of the incubation center, including bookkeeping, maintaining ledgers, managing receipts, and monitoring expenses.
• Prepare financial reports and budgets for the center’s operations, grants, and special projects.
• Track the financial progress of incubatees, ensuring compliance with all financial agreements, grants, and funding allocations.
• Assist incubatees in understanding and managing their accounting needs, such as cost management, budgeting, invoicing, and financial forecasting.
