The work of an engineer is to learn technology and use technology with
intellect, for the comfort and benefit of mankind. Engineers are expected
to conceptualize. Cipher, design, create, analyze and solve complex
problems. Engineers form the backbone of any country’s economy and hence
engineers are to be skilled, made employable, and are to be trained with
the skills of management, teamwork, leadership, emerging technologies,
critical thinking ability, and soft skills.At the global level,
engineering education is experiencing a paradigm shift from content based
education to outcome based education. Industries often complain about the
non-availability of employable engineers to fulfill their organizational
needs of trained technical human resources.We at ABESEC aim to bridge the
gap and meet the demand between industry and academia by training,
skilling and re-skilling our students to meet the challenges of the
industries. The various training programs offered by the departments
provide confidence to our young engineers, build professional attitude and
develop the skill-set so as our students are employable from day one, in
the organizations; where they are placed. Our trainings help our students
to face the challenges of the interview processes and that of the
