National Board of Accreditation

National Board of Accreditation (NBA) is an autonomous accrediting body in India, which deals with the accreditation of engineering and various technical institutions based on the quality of education being offered. NBA represents India in the Washington Accord (WA) which is an international agreement between bodies responsible for accrediting engineering degree programmes. The NBA accredited institutions signifies adherence to high standards of academic quality and infrastructure ensuring outcome based education.

Currently ABESEC has its four departments accredited by NBA:

• B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering - Accredited for Academic year 2022-23 to 2024-25 i.e. till 30.06.2025
• B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering - Accredited for Academic year 2022-23 to 2024-25 i.e. till 30.06.2025
• B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Accredited for Academic year 2017 -18 to 2023 – 24 i.e. till 30.06.2024
• B.Tech in Information Technology - Accredited for Academic year 2017 -18 to 2023 – 24 i.e. till 30.06.2024
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering - Accredited for Academic year 2022-23 to 2024-25 i.e. till 30.06.2025
