Development of a firmware for a 2.5 kW induction heating system for Gola Electronics is aiming to indigenous the induction heating system being designed by them. For this reverse engineering process for designing the firmware of driver & controller of the heating system is to be done.

A robotic hand is being developed that is capable of performing some of the common daily tasks. For this the electro mechanical system needs to be designed and developed.

Identification of the thermal profile to assess the heating time of the calendar rollers to attain required temperature. These rollers consists of internal paths for passing hot oil (2000C) for heating of the rollers.
Designing fan blades with apt simulation for optimizing the performance (Air Flow Pvt. Ltd.)
The performance of the existing fan blades of the company needs improvement pertaining to the airflow rate and the static pressure. This performance is required in the non- stalling region.

Dr. Anoop Pandey is the General Manager and HOD of Orbits, the Industrial Consulting Wing of ABES Engineering College. With over 18 years of combined academic and industrial experience, Dr. Anoop Pandey brings a wealth of expertise in Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and industrial cluster development. Holding a PhD from a Government University, along with MTech, MBA, and BE degrees, Dr. Anoop Pandey leads Orbits in delivering impactful industrial solutions through product innovation, process optimization, and comprehensive training.
