Network Innovation & Incubation Center (NIIC) is an initiative by ABES-EC to develop a cluster model for innovation and incubation by establishing NIIC in institutions and universities within a reachable distance. It aims to provide comprehensive services and support to nurture innovation from idea to startup. The process includes idea identification, proof of concept (PoC), prototype development, minimum viable product (MVP), business model formulation, startup launch, fundraising, and scalability.
